I provide individual psychotherapy in English and Spanish to adolescents and adults for a variety of concerns including first-gen experience, acculturation stress (undocumented and documented), coping with cancer and life after cancer, BIPOC professionals, transgenerational trauma, and identity exploration (gender, racial, sexual, class etc.). I also support individuals who are dealing with life transitions including becoming ill/chronic illness, bereavement and other losses, immigration, job/school stress, end of life and more. Therapy sessions are available in office and online. I am dedicated to providing quality services for people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
