- Insurance
- I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans except Lyra Health. Unless you are referred through Lyra, you are responsible for session costs.
- Reimbursement
- Some PPO plans reimburse a percentage of out-of-network mental health care. I provide a superbill after each session; call your plan and ask whether they cover out-of-network mental health services and at what rate.
- Payment
- Card, check, or cash, at the time of session.
- Cancellations
- Discussed at the first call; 24 hours’ notice is the standard.
- Telehealth
- Secure video sessions anywhere in California.
- Hours
- By appointment. Ask about mornings, evenings, and telehealth availability on the first call.
